Runner's Roost Supplies New Kicks for People Inc

Is there anything cooler than adding a new pair of kicks to your wardrobe? Thanks to Out of the Blue WNY and Dave Borodzik of Runner's Roost, the residents living at the People Inc Intermediate Care Facility in Orchard Park were all given brand new footwear!

It was nothing but ear to ear smiles as residents got to pick the color and style of their choice for brand new New Balance sneakers. Some residents, who have orthopedics or specific shoe needs and couldn't wear the sneakers were provided with Ugg slippers!

Out of the Blue WNY is always brainstorming for new and creative ways to provide random acts of kindness for adults living with disabilities. We cannot thank Dave Borodzik and Runner's Roost enough for making this happen. We are already planning to visit more Intermediate Care Facilities through People Inc.
